Privacy policy — under review

This is a preliminary page, not a finalized privacy policy. HoopVolt's data practices, youth-player privacy protections, retention periods, and Google/YouTube API disclosures must be reviewed before public launch.

HoopVolt is designed to help people organize basketball teams, seasons, schedules, results, and associated media. Some features may connect to external services when an authorized user chooses to connect them.

Before launch

The final policy will explain what information is collected, how Google sign-in and YouTube permissions are used, who may access player and team records, how data is retained and deleted, and how to contact HoopVolt about privacy questions.

For now, please contact support with questions. We will publish the reviewed policy before enabling broad public access.
